Asahi
Installed in Liverpool, Cardiff, and Newcastle. These Asahi bus stop showcases utilised vibrant neon lighting and protruding vending machines to take viewers on a journey to the streets of Tokyo, right at their local bus stop!
Red neon lighting lined the perimeter of the bus stop shelter roof, and a 3D faux vending machine was installed and fitted with a lightbox highlighting a row of printed Asahi bottles. 2D layered buttons were also assembled in the workshop and installed on the vending machine to add a textured surface to the machine.
Infinity mirrors were also incorporated into the bus shelter displaying neon Kanji symbols that, when viewed, created a series of smaller symbols that appeared to recede to infinity. These features remained consistent on all 3 locations and were constructed to fit the unique dimensions and specifications of each site.
